10 Hours to go....

I don't think any of us can actually believe that in 10 hours we will be at the airport getting ready to board the plane, that will deliver us to Tanzania, especially as we are still packing the bags that don't actually fit everything we need and lets face it we know we have all taken far too much, I mean who needs heels and a little black dress on a mountain.

There is one ankle injury, a tendon strain, a possible ear infection not to mention general emotion, fear of flying (although sleeping pills are at the ready) and husbands, partners and children, wondering what the heck are we all doing.

Its been a very emotional weekend, some tears, lots of good wishes and good luck messages. 

Angela Jacobson is baking 12 Chollah's this morning for us to take with for our shabbas on the mountain, a massive thank you to her as we will probably finish them in seconds when the time comes. 

The Camera's are charged, we have just said goodbye to our comfy beds and are preparing for nights in sleeping bags. 

We have a fantastic and very special mix of girls and its going to be an amazing journey, and knowing the group, some very funny moments and no doubt a few tears, and that will all be before the plane takes off.
